01About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the website at taskair.ai (the "site") and to joining the TaskAir waitlist. The site is operated by TaskAir.ai, based in San Francisco, California, USA ("TaskAir", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

These terms cover the website and waitlist only. When the TaskAir product becomes available, using it will be subject to separate terms of service, which we will show you before you sign up.

02The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a contract to buy anything.
• We invite people from the waitlist at our discretion. A place on the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date or any particular features.
• You must give an email address that belongs to you. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing support@taskair.ai.

03Information on the site

TaskAir is in development. Descriptions of features, results, plans and prices on the site are a preview and may change before or after launch. Pricing shown is indicative and not an offer. We work to keep the site accurate, but it is provided "as is" and we don't promise it will be complete, current or always available.

04Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site. In particular, don't:

• submit someone else's email address, or false or automated sign-ups;
• try to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site or the services behind it;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

05Intellectual property

The TaskAir name, logo, site design and content belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share the site for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, modify or republish it without our permission.

06Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

07Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

09Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. If you live in a country whose laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, those rights are not affected.
